The ARVC Foundation is authorized by the International Association of Continuing Education and Training (IACET) to offer Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for many sessions presented at the 2017 Outdoor Hospitality Conference and Expo (OHCE). To obtain CEUs attendees must register for CEU tracking, attend the entire length of the class, participate in and complete all assessment requirements, and submit a completed CEU Request card at the end of each class. CEUs cannot be obtained by individuals who do not meet all the above mentioned criteria.

Wednesday offerings include a series of courses available for earning the ARVC Foundation Practitioner Certificate for NFPA 1194. The NFPA 1194 Practitioner Certificate Program is designed to ensure that park owners and operators have
a working knowledge of the established standards for RV Parks and Campgrounds
and to provide them with the tools necessary to work with their local Authority
Having Jurisdiction (AHJ). In order
to earn the practitioner certificate, individuals must enroll in the NFPA 1194 Practitioner Certificate Program, complete all the NFPA 1194
courses, and accomplish the full assessment - including post-conference assignments and testing.
Individuals not interested in obtaining their practitioner certificate who would like to attend the NFPA 1194 sessions may do so with registration at the Outdoor Hospitality Conference & Expo (OHCE).
Preregistration and additional fee of $300 is required to enroll in the NFPA 1194 Practitioner Certificate Program. This $300 fee covers the cost of the certificate program only and does not include OHCE registration. Lunch and a copy of NFPA 1194 will be provided as part of the course.
